Restored antique in perfect location within a short stroll of Main Street and the ferry. Updated bathrooms and kitchen with modern furnishings. Extra large private yard and deck, a rare find in town. Parking space for one vehicle. Within a five minute walk to several amenities including Sayles Seafood market, Stop-and-Shop market, Town Pier, paddle board and boat rentals at Francis Street beach, Handlebar coffee shop and the Nantucket Aquarium.
The main floor has an updated chef's kitchen with Viking Range and refrigerator and quartz island and countertops. The kitchen opens up to a spacious living and dining room area.. First floor has a queen bedroom and bathroom.
Second floor has two bedrooms--a primary bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet and primary bath and a queen bedroom with ensuite bath with tub. Third floor attic bedroom has two twin beds and a half bath.
