Le Rustique is a charming haven just far enough from the bustling town of Nanyuki, while still very close. When challenged at check in the properties management stated that the descriptions were those of Expedia not of their own!! This is a One Star property charging Four Star prices probably due to local demand! The rooms smelt musty and were not attractive at all. There was no separate seating area or dining area in the rooms as described. This is not a property that I would recommend to an international tourist. We turned around and walked straight out! Beautiful rooms with attention to detail in the interior design. The Restaurant serves the best food in Nanyuki. The perfect hub for your Laikipia safaris or stopover. Staff is wonderful and it is kept very clean.
