Was an amazing stay

Roons clean, restaurant staff kind and courteous, parking a disaster...u have to valet, no issue there but they brought me the wrong car at one point and didnt even realize.... could have been a problem. At $34/day, the service is not reflective of Sheraton but shows poorly. Other than that, stay was good

We truly could not have asked for a better weekend getaway to celebrate my spouse’s birthday. The interior was absolutely beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. There was more than enough room for our family of four to feel completely comfortable. The lounge was perfect for mid-day snacks, and we relaxed and played board games. Breakfast was amazing - tons of options (fresh fruit, pastries, hot breakfast, many coffee and tea options), and very high quality food. What really made the stay exceptional was the staff—they were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make everything seamless and enjoyable. Their helpful advice and local tips were much appreciated, and they made the birthday celebration feel genuinely special. The pool and gym are also excellent additions and rounded out an already perfect stay. We left feeling relaxed, well cared for, and eager to return.

Room was clean, staff friendly/helpful (got me a green tea in morning since I don't drink coffee), bed comfy, quiet room, and love the spa area (rooftop outdoor hot tubs).

Room very neat and clean. Large room although a strange layout. The TV was at one end of the rectangular room and the two chairs were at the opposite end with the bed in the middle but not facing the TV. One light bulb was missing from one of the reading lamps and the fridge wouldn't unlock. After going out for supper we asked if the could put the leftovers in our car (valet parking) and they agreed, but the food was not there the next day. It is a beautiful old hotel and very spacious. There are old ballrooms and many real historic photos of famous people at the hotel.
