Ocean Front Limited Time Offer Maui Sands #5H

Unit #5H is pre-renovation and is scheduled to be renovated in Autumn 2025. This older condo provides a great opportunity to stay less than 15 feet from the ocean for such a great and affordable price! Sit on the lanai and watch the whales jumping or the turtles eating off the reef. The sunset can't be beat. Please see the pictures for an accurate representation of the condition.

Maui Sands is full of Old Hawaiian Charm and is a great place to spend your vacation! Whether your "Family" is made of parents and children, college friends, girls or guys week out, or whoever you call family this condo will help you have a wonderful experience. This Ocean Front condo is located less than 15 feet from the ocean. Sitting on the lanai is a truly fantastic experience. The kitchen is the center of the home. Everything you need to cook for your family is provided. The propane BBQ is close by next to the Pool for fun and relaxing dinners.

Both bedrooms have a California King size bed and the sofa sleeper in the living room is queen size.

Maui Sands Condos are close to the Best Beaches, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Farmers Market, Food Trucks, Hiking, Biking, Whale Watching, Turtle Watching, and so much more! Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets as you sit on the ocean wall viewing deck. You will love this place!
