Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Leider war die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht den Bildern und der Bewertung entsprechend. Die Zimmer waren sehr staubig und schmutzig, teilweise schimmelig und rochen modrig. Außerdem gab es Kakerlaken und erhebliche Lärmbelästigung. Man hat jeden gehört, der aus dem Haus rein oder raus gelaufen ist. Das Badezimmer befand sich außerhalb des Zimmers. Die Dusche war sehr klein, sodass man sich kaum bewegen konnte, und die Handtücher waren fleckig und rochen nach Keller. Wir haben die Mängel dokumentiert und Expedia sowie den Betreiber kontaktiert, jedoch ohne bzw. keiner zufriedenstellende Lösung. Wären wir nicht so spät mit Flugverspätung angekommen hätte ich definitiv die Unterkunft gewechselt.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, muy limpio, obtuve el descanso que necesitaba en Napoles, estuvieron pendiente de mi ingreso a pesar que llegue bastante noche. Muchas gracias por las atenciones.
