Even the three flights of stairs did not deter me, and I am almost 81! My room was a quiet oasis from the hectic streets of Napoli. I was able to walk almost everywhere and felt safe. Walked around nine hours each day, so much to see! Bruno is wonderful! He arranged to be there to carry my bag up and down, and even got me a good price on my taxi to the airport. We are truly grateful for his welcome as first time travelers to Italy. Centrally located, we were able to walk anywhere in the city we wanted to go. The communication was excellent and the breakfast was just right especially the cappuccino! When my planning skills failed me, Bruno went out of his way to accommodate us.
