Located right in front of the train station, bus stop, and subway station made traveling extremely convenient. Along the street there are a good amount of food vendors and a McDonald’s for a reliable late night snack. The area itself is not the most aesthetically pleasing. There is a lot of garbage everywhere but the B&B itself is clean and I would t say it’s “unsafe”, just not the prettiest to look at. Check in and out was a breeze, and housekeeping was prompt and helpful.

Close to train station--everything

Naples was a stop through Italy visiting some people I knew. This was VERY close to the train station, inexpensive, clean, safe, easy to use public transportation. The fellow who was cleaning rooms did an excellent job, genuinely friendly every day, the people greeting me when I arrived were very helpful, clear, welcoming. The area near the station is an "interesting" area but I always felt safe. Can be a little noisy at times but I slept really well. Bed was better than mine at home!. I will return again.

Great value and easy check in

Really good location as it is literally across from the central station and where you get the airbus to the airport. Lot of weird figures around outside but that’s just the beauty of naples. Check in was easy and as we arrived early in the morning, the reception said we could leave our bags in reception and go see the city. Everything is code locks in the hotel which you get sent before, so we only spoke to a person when dropping bags off in the morning. Overall, very clean, comfy and nice bathroom. Well worth the price! My girlfriend also took a nice photo out the window at 6.30am one morning!

This property is located in an extremely sketchy building. Outside there are people loitering and even the kind lady at the front desk said that the area below the building is not safe. If I was traveling alone I would not stay here. The property is loud and you can hear cars honking all night. Additionally the water in the shower stayed cold and would not turn hot. The room itself was clean inside and had air but I would not recommend staying here because I felt unsafe.

First, we really love the staff, everybody was very nice and helpfull, and the room was quite good for the price. We had an amazing view on the Vesuve ! But the location next to the train station is a little dangerous, especially during the night. We were a little insecure when we went back at the hotel. We also saw a little cockroach on the bulding, but not inside the appartement. I really believe it's not their fault, it's just the train station district... And some details in the bathroom can be improved, cause we can't close the shower correctly or sit properly on the toilet seat. But for the price, it's correct. All the doors can be open with a digital code so you are free to go in and out as you want. And a very friendly staff !

Nice little hotel right across from Napoli Centrale. Lots of places to eat, shopping in the station and quick access to the metro and trains to explore the area. Area can be a little sketchy but we did see a lot of police presence a couple of nights. Nice cafe right outside for a quick breakfast before exploring the area.

Fantastic hotel!!! Very reasonably priced, behind 3 locked doors, right next to the train/many bus stations, plenty food and grocery options, and well-kept! We only saw someone at the front desk once and tried to ding the table bell a couple times when we had questions and no one came out. That was the only slight concern we had about the stay… but they were quick to answer the questions over the WhatsApp chat!

The area around the train station is not very nice, which is not a problem for the hotel to deal with. The hotel is across the street from the train station, which is incredibly convenient. We only stayed one night because we just needed to catch an early train. My wife probably would think twice about the hotel, but I am less demanding and would use it again. I think the hotel is a typical budget hotel. I would not use it if I were traveling with young children. As for safety, all of Italy is very safe and this hotel is safe as well.

Situated in a very dodgy area but convenient to get to the train station. Beds were not very comfortable. Shower as expected got clogged after 5min of using. Might suit for those arriving very late at night and needing to take the train the next morning.

Very difficult to find it and the key pads/ door code. Hotel should have provided more detailed instructions including screenshots and photos. Really dodgy area around train station. Lots of homeless people.

Not worth the cost

The location of the property is not safe around at night. There was no incident with us but the nearby area did not feel safe at night and even nearby shop owner informed us to get back to the room before its late at night. Also, the room was cleaned only once and breakfast was also provided for 2 days ( we stayed for 3 nights and paid for 3 breakfast)

For a “B&B” not once did I get breakfast, it was never available, so it’s not really a B&B. Staff was helpful for the most part, but was never really there. Every time I went it was an empty desk. The address Travelocity gives you in the confirmation email is also wrong so I lugged my luggage up to the fifth floor only to be told that the address on the paper was incorrect and it was next door. For the price paid, it wasn’t anything special. Close to the train hub so that was a plus, but besides that nothing I would recommend.

Did NOT enjoy our stay. Checkin was a serious pain in the ass. Instructions were not sent out prior to arriving. Finding the main door was a pain. No one mentioned having to pay to use the elevator. That would have been good to know. One lousy blanket, no fitted sheet, the top sheet was tucked in to cover the mattress cover. Took me over an hour to get tv to work and the wifi kept cutting out. Did not expect the amount of garbage around the area, I heard parts of Naples could be dirty but didn’t expect that much. Not overly happy with our stay. Thankfully was only one night. Yes it very convenient to have the train station right across the street but was loud. Understandable the noise as it is a very busy area but horns hocking at 3,4 and 5 am. NOT ok The best part was the café Antica Pasticceri, amazing pastries and perfect cappuccino.

Det var svært at finde og Italienere taler jo ikke andet end Italiensk, så det nyttede ikke at spørge nogen… Heldigvis var der en fantastisk service fra udlejer som guidede os og som hjalp os med at komme ind med vores ting til vi kunne tjekke ind. Stedet var fint og centralt. Det ser skummelt ud, men er helt fint og alle er hjælpsomme og venlige. Husk 20 cent til elevatoren og læs beskeden fra udlejer grundigt, så går alt rigtig godt.

La habitación es cómoda, frente a la estación del tren, del metro, de centros de comida. Es un edificio viejo con varias opciones de apartamento personal, otras agencias de alquiler. Pero el área de la habitación es cómoda. Hay que pagar por el uso del ascensor .20 céntimos para subir y otros para bajar. Queda en un tercer piso, termina siendo como un apartamento con varios cuartos con baño. El área alrededor del edificio aparenta no ser segura, pero no tuve situación alguna. Personas sin hogar durmiendo cerca, ruido en la parte de abajo del edificio, etc., pero nadie molesta. Típico de las estación de tren y el estilo de vida en sus alrededores. El personal muy amable, habitación limpia, fue recogida al día siguiente. Tiene neverita, tetera, máquina de café fuera de la habitación y aire acondicionado, fue buena opción. Lo recomiendo y lo volvería a visitar.

Rent och prydligt rum med bra läge. Vi stannade för en natt då vi skulle ta tåget mot norra Italien tidigt dagen efter, och rummet var helt perfekt för det. Stannar vi för en natt i Neapel bokar vi nog här igen!

Cuando llegamos al check in el recepcionista no estaba, tuvimos que pedirle al conserje del edificio que si lo podía llamar ya que lo conocía y según ella siempre pasaba que no estaba, siendo que el letrero de entrada decía recepcionista de 11am a 21 pm, además que el edificio tiene el asensor malo y estas piezas estaban ubicadas en un cuarto piso, en la foto adjunta se ve la hora de recepción que nos discutía que entre esa hora podía estar

Das Personal war in Ordnung und soweit nett. Allerdings war es auf Anhieb nicht zu finden. 3 Etage zwar gibt es einen Fahrstuhl, man sollte für diesen immer 0,20€ parat haben, sonst fährt er nicht. Im Zimmer schien es Anfangs sauber, dass Badezimmer war sehr schmutzig. Toilette defekt und die Dusche sehr verschmutzt.Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank! Haben nur 1x das Personal bei der Anreise gesehen...dann nie wieder. Es wird gereinigt und Handtücher gewechselt. war dagegen ein esfä

Onveilige gevoel als toerist

Onveilige buurt, waar ontzettend veel mensen continu voor de b&b stonden. Deur ging heel erg moeilijk opslot, en hele nacht door heel veel geluiden; zowel buiten als binnen in het gebouw. Handdoeken waren niet schoon en douche viel half uit elkaar tijdens het douchen
