We only stayed in Naples as a stop over for airport on way home and also a 2 night stay to be able to go to Capri. Location good for the port and friendly restaurant across the road to the right. Room had aircon, shower was roomy and had good pressure. Bed comfy and good pillows. Mattia very helpful with letting us leave luggage.
This is a bare bones operation. The staff when present was helpful. They have four rooms, nothing to get excited about. They have "breakfast " in their name and claim they have "breakfast" on thier web site. Not true, no breakfast, Not even toast and jam as stated in their web site. Plus power was lost, at least to our room about 2am. As no on-site staff had to wait until morning to resolve. As I need electricity for medical device, it was an unpleasant night. Only comment in the morning was sorry. Never again.
We had a bit of an unfortunate stay, the electrical transformator in the building had failed shortly prior to our arrival and the repairs made the electricity a bit unreliable. They finished the repairs the morning we left so it's most likely not a permanent issue. The positives of our stay was that the hotel was quiet and the staff was really helped us planning both what sights to visit as well as which restaurants he recommended
Easy to locate, Great Location,Safe,The security guard at the front is very helpful. Mattia hte host, was always available and provided everything need for a pleasant stay. Definitely recommending this property to friends and family
Nice stay at this centrally located hotel. Easy access to the metro and walking to all areas especially Centro Storico. So many great restaurants nearby, and Mattia from the hotel gave lots of touring and restaurant information. Inside the hotel had been freshly painted just before we arrived. The rooms were large and clean.
A lovely, small B&B with individualized quality service. We arrived early in the AM and Mattia helped us to store our luggage until the room was ready. A great location and a lovely appointed room. Mattia also helped us secure an early AM transfer to the airport. He was very responsive and very helpful during our stay. Would definitely return!
Stayed for three nights on rail trip around Italy. The B&B is ideally situated within comfortable walking distance of the central railway station and bus from the airport, along with the main tourist sites/areas within Naples. The accommodation is also near the Metro and located in what appears to be a very safe area, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room itself was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the helpful, and friendly host (who took time to advise on what was best to see), was easily contacted via WhatsApp if needed or to answer any query. The breakfast was also plentiful; delivered to the room on each day. Would stay again if the opportunity arises.
Very nice hotel and in a good location. Highly recommend it

Matthias greeted us at the street, assisted us with luggage, made our check-in very convenient, and gave us the proper information in the Neighbourhood
I would give it a 7 STAR if possible. I must say, I travel a lot, specially to Italia and this is one of the better places I have stayed in Napoli.
STAFF: Mattia went several times out of his way to make accommodations extra special (meeting us at the last min when we forgot to let him know about our arrival, bringing breakfast to room on one morning and providing vouchers for the other mornings; providing us with great restaurant and tour info for Napoli). The housekeepers were fantastic as well and very helpful.
On our first day, we were fortunate enough to witness the Pope parade past our hotel. Mattia helped us with the exact timing of it so we were right there in front as the Pope passed in front of us on his popemobile. A bucket list item....
LOCATION: Very central, 2 min walk to the Metro and many shopping and eating places. The staff was wonderful. You have to try the Gelato shop next to the hotel, FANTASTICO...
When not if, I go back to Napoli, definitely staying here...
I think that most of the issues I had would not be issues of there were someone at the property all the time. I made arrangements to meet the manager at 2:30. He wasn't there and so I called him. He said he would meet me in 5 minutes. I was waiting for 15 minutes in the sun.
My AC wasn't working - I didn't know how to turn it on. I wasn't close enough, so a simple solution. I texted the manager and he said 15 minutes. After a 2 hour nap (Just flew in from the states) I woke up sweating and still no manager, so I took a 2 hour walk after texting him and asking once again to fix it. He was finally there when I came back and it took him 2 seconds to turn it on. He said he was helping other people. UGH!!!
It is super close to the port, so that was handy for my trip to Capri.
He was very nice when he learned I was going to be gone during breakfast and he brought it to me right when I checked in so I could eat breakfast when I wanted.
If I knew someone would be there the whole time, I would book this place again, but if it's like it is now, then no. I wouldn't stay there again.
