The front desk mature woman with the mustache was always angry and very rude and condescending. They demand a $200 deposit and a $45 cleaning fee, cash only as if they’re running a legitimate nice hotel. You get to the dated room just to find it muggy and dirty. Trash left behind from the previous guest, open and used shampoo packets in the shower was just the beginning of a horrible experience. Front door frame was falling off as if someone had broken in feeling unsafe the whole time and the shower door does not close, it’s falling off and gets the floor all wet. Then when you bring these things up they cuss you out and tell you to leave before they call the cops. One even pretended to call the cops. Not only that the “hotel” was a 10 min walk away from where you check in, three codes and 4 flights of stairs later. By far the worst customer service and the worst part is they made me pay a cleaning fee and I walk into a dirty room. To top it off the toilet smells of sewage, no hand soap, no fridge in the room or out, no basic amenities whatsoever. AND as you can see in the pics, the shower water does not drain, and there was mildew. Unsanitary and unsafe, do not stay. Expedia did nothing the hotel did nothing, it’s a scam do not waster your time or money here.
