Good hotel if you need somewhere near airport

Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I can't really fault the hotel for the price.

Nice hotel … poor service

Service was poor . Staff not helpful. However it all made sense when I witnessed the boss lady “screaming” at the staff for 15 mins in front of all guests ! I guess that’s why staff looked miserable! Shame cos the hotel is great otherwise. Rooms were very spacious and clean and look like they have been modernised and close to airport! Lobby smells of smoke as guests smoke by front door .

Einfach, schlicht und völlig ausreichend. Pool gehört nicht mehr zum Hotel und dürfte eigentlich nicht benutzt werden. Pool gehört zum Fitnesszentrum nebenan.

Zimmer entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Schimmel im Bad. Nach Herr Dusche war da Bad überflutet wegen Löchern in der Trennwand. In der Dusche kam kaum Wasser an. Frühstück war gut. Besonders der frische Kaffee der Vorort zubereitet wurde. Positiv war, das die Zimmer jeden Morgen gereinigt wurden.

Was an acceptable stay but needs improvements

I was unable to get past the gate to the parking lot to check in as the buzzer on the gate did not appear to be working inside. I was not sure why the check-in girl told me she would have to keep my passport for 10 minutes to do the check-in. I said OKand waited at the counter the process only took 2 minutes and the she returned it. When I got to the room the toilet seat was broken. I went down to the desk and was given the room next door. The changed room was acceptable but the TV remote that I was given by the front desk did not work, so once again I had to return to the front desk to get one that worked. Upon checking out I wanted to have some breakfast/coffee and was told at the front desk that the breakfast was on the second floor. My room was on the second floor so had I known it earlier I could have had it before I went down to check out.

AVOID!!

I have pictures that I have taken showing how bad the room is, Hotels.com will not let me send them the pictures after I called them on the phone to complain about the room. It was not clean. The area around the hotel is very dirty. The area is so bad (as told to us by our taxi driver) that the hotel has a large security fence around the outside that stays closed all day long and you need to be buzzed in. Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They also market themselves as having airport transportation however they do not, instead they just call you a taxi.

Location of the property was a major let down. Very dangerous part of town. The property had to have a security gate to let guests in so that they are safe. The hallways are very dark and eerie. The bed sheets in the room were slightly dirty and the beds were slightly broken.
