The weather is gorgeous year-round with an average annual temperature of 85 degrees. This home provides all the amenities and comforts of home as it is completely furnished. This home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, approx 1,150 sq. ft. residence, with beautiful lakeside lanai! Note: All carpets have been removed in the home and replaced with gorgeous, 18-inch-tile installed on an angle throughout this beautiful home on the lake (see living room picture to see tile)! Home comes with Expanded Cable TV, Internet, and the morning newspaper delivered to your doorstep daily. Golf is a year-round sport. An abundance of scenic 18-hole public golf courses are also nearby! A heated outdoor pool, spa, and tennis courts on site. Marco Island, just a short drive south, is considered one of the world's finest shelling locations. And, plenty of shopping is available, too. You are just a short walk away from Pelican Larry's Sports Bar and Restaurant, Pizzeria, Hair and Nail Salon, etc. You are about 7 minutes from Walmart, too, and about 7 minutes from Interstate 75. Great Place to Stay

Beautiful home on the lake, clean, and a just short drive to the beach... 10 minutes or less. Quiet, relaxing home... We loved our stay and we plan to vacation here again. Great vacation home!
