We never received the check-in information so when we got to the hotel, which was a converted apartment, we didn’t have an access code to get in the door. We were lucky there were helpful people around. We heard nothing from the hotel staff. The rooms were glorified dorm rooms, and very noisy The location was great. We were near public transportation close to the waterfront so once we got settled, things were OK.

The property location is great, very close to shopping, restaurants, and the harbor. It was nice to have breakfast delivered to your room every morning. The staff does not speak English. There was confusion about how to enter the property and I had to find someone to help that worked at a shop next door, which worked out but was frustrating.

Great location and very good service. A new comer may be confused because there is no sign in the location. My challenge was there was a smell of smoke in the room although it was not a smoking place. Not sure if the owners could have controlled this.

We stayed here for our wedding night, as the room looked amazing from the pictures, with nice breakfast and a big hot tub. Sadly, the pictures are not a true reflection of the property, wich was poorly maintained and fairly dirty. There were a lot of broken things in the roon. The panel from the toilet flush had been removed, exposing the wires and the plumbing. The desk was taped off with a hand written sign that said "do not go near". The sheets were dirty with lipstick abd the whole room smelled of smoke. When I tried to contact the owner, to report the issues, I was told that she didn't know why it smelled of smoke and that the toilet panel had broken and therefore had been removed, but that it all worked fine, as if it wasn't a big deal to keep a 4 star property in such poor condition. No apology, no attempt to remedy. The owners definitely need to update the pictures as they are a big misrepresentation of the actual condition of the room.

Absolutely LOVED this mini-hotel in Napoli. Seems like a small family-run place. Super welcoming people and the rooms are very modern/newly renovated. Was beyond my expectations and would personally return to stay here whenever I come back to Napoli!
