The conditions of the room is fine. However, The nearby club was quite noisy until midnight, which makes us difficult to rest early after all days of walking outside

Small hotel. Old building but nice bedding and fairly clean overall. AC was working well. Staffs were generally helpful and responsive. Great location. Walkable to everything (beach, cruise port, ferry to Amalfi, shopping, attractions, etc.). The price was very inexpensive comparing to other hotels in the area. Cons: the entrance to the building was dark and has an odd old building smell; Use of the elevator required coins (20 cents in €). However, after checkout, the staff gave us the required coins for the elevator. That was very helpful because we did not have the proper change.

The hotel was quite difficult to find even with the directions given, once we found the building we walked into the wrong B&B as it was on the same floor of the building. The walls are quite thin so other guests disturb you easily, as well as the set up of breakfast as we were awoken a few times by staff moving chairs and tables into place. We came back one day and there was a man in our room cleaning our air con, nobody had told us this would be happening and a few of our items were moved around (albeit to keep them from getting dirty, but we’d still have preferred not to have a stranger touch our things) and our towels were dusty as a result too, as he had used them to protect the area around him. Generally the room was clean, the bathroom on the other hand had quite a lot of staining around the shower and sink, some discolouration on the shower curtain, and generally didn’t feel very clean which made getting washed after a long day a dreaded experience. It wasn’t the worst place to use as a base for a few days but I don’t know if I would rush back, unfortunately.

The room was very clean and when I mentioned a musty odor I smelled (I am very sensitive to smells) the next time the room was cleaned the scent from the water pipes was eliminated. The staff was excellent and very attentive and were very friendly. I would definelty return and stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location, it exceeded our expectations. Breakfast options are good, limited for dairy free diets but fruit and toast with jams available.

The hotel itself was great! The staff were lovely, the free breakfast was a nice touch and the rooms were spacious. The building itself is kinda sketchy when you first get there but a lot of the buildings in Naples are just really old. The stairs were the biggest con.

Great location close to the ferry port. We stayed a night before and after an Amalfi coast trip using the ferries. Also walkable to center of town. No frills place but clean and convenient. Communications with manager was also great.

Great friendly place for a night or two!

Perfect little B&B in great location: main points of interests are in walking distance, 10 mins away from the port, 3 mins walk to the nearest metro station. Room was spacious and clean. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, we had to leave early in the morning and they even prepared the breakfast corner for us an hour before their standard breakfast time. We only spent a night here but the pleasant experince will surely bring us back!

Excellent service from the staff. Clean and well maintained. Good location for restaurants, shops, metro, port and airport bus. Nice buffet breakfast. Could be a bit noisy and not obvious to find on arrival.

Medinaples Stay

Personnel were awesome and kind. Room 3 was fine with three steps leading to the bath area this could be a problem for some people. Breakfast was average stuff that's usually included. One of the workers offered me a sandwich to go when he saw i was leaving before breakfast. Elevator is .20 euro to use each time. Front desk has change if you need it. Shower is small typical European shower. A couple of minutes walk to metro and to ferry. Area is ready to use to get to other places. Room was cleaned and picked up every day. All in all a great stay
