The room was clean. It wasn't as noisy as people said. There were no coffee making facilities. There was no wifi. We never saw anyone on reception and despite being promised we could buy breakfast at the property it never materialised. The shower leaked. We were given the wrong room and walked into another couple's room. There was no bedding on the first night for my son. The biggest issue was the keypad into the room. Twice we couldn't get in. Which resulted in long whats app messages and going into reception where we had access to everyones keys and personal information. A shame really as with a few adjustments it would have been fine. I think there are fake reviews as some of the comments such as a restaurant being downstairs are simply not true.

The train station was walking distance from the room. It was in the center of all the shopping and food shops. Great location! The room was definitely sound proof and you could only hear outside when the patio doors were open, considering it was on a really busy street.

Good stay for a few nights

Room had two French doors opening onto the street which was great for air flow and ambiance. Very spacious and convenient to the train station. The neighborhood was a little to be desired but there was a great pastry place on the corner.

Overall had a good stay. When I messaged we would be arriving late we got a message back with the door codes so we could enter by ourselves. What's most important for me is the bed which was excellent and long enough for my 1,90m. (fold-out couch for 3rd person obviously a bit less comfortable but good enough for a not too heavy person). Located at walking distance from the station was very convenient. I see other people saying the area is unsafe but have not experienced that myself. It's an area with a large immigrant (mostly Senegalese) community which might feel unsafe for some people but nobody bothered us on the streets, no open drug use or things like that so it was fine. Appartement had some minor things that need a bit fixing like loose toilet seat cover, frames around light switches that come off, automatic doorlock of outer door that regularly starts making noise like it keeps trying to lock even though it's already locked. Freezer part of refrigerator needs cleaning. Shower was bit small but nice although the hose of lower shower head needs some fixing. Would be nice if there were some drinking glasses in the room instead of just some tiny thin plastic cups. But no major issues. Would book again.

Rough area. Very dirty. Lots of pan handlers. Staff/owners were great. Sent us a text before we arrived. Met us to check us in. The water pressure was miserable. Bathroom was well remodeled but room was sparse. Mini fridge did not work.

We stayed here as a family of 4 incl 2 teenage kids. The positives are that the property is near the Napoli train station (10 min walk) and the property has elevator so easy to take luggage up/down. Checkin was easy and there are many restaurants and shopping around. Room was decent/clean with a large bathroom. Wifi was fast. We had a deluxe room for sleeping 4 - one bed and one sofa bed. Only issue we had was that the sofa bed did not have the needed items for sleeping 2 - no bedsheet, missing pillow and pillow covers. When I reported it to the maintenance person (Nicola), she seemed to think these were not necessarily needed. Had to have quite a few back and forth on whatsapp before she agreed to provide and it was only the next day. This was not a great experience and that reflects in my rating. Also the room has decent space but a little small if you are 4 and have luggage.
