Centrally located and comfortable room

This B&B is situated in a central area of Napoli, close to most of the attractions. The room was spacious, comfortable, had all the amenities and there was a window opening to the street. Lots of shopping, restaurants and cafes in the area. There's a very nice terrace on the side of the B&B. The host Andrea was very nice and communicative. I highly recommend it!

The property looked ancient and run down. Access was difficult. Advertised as B&B but no breakfast included. Staff / caretaker was courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Our stay was good value for the price. The area is safe. The electrical outlets are adequate. Our balcony was a nice amenity, looking over a busy intersection that was very interesting to watch. The balcony door did insulate the room from street noise. The shower was compact. The bed mattress was flat. We arrived early at 8am. We telephoned from the street outside the location and were in the room by 10:30. The 2 hours waiting after a transatlantic flight were difficult, but that was our fault. Days before arrival, I sent messages through the Expedia app and to the e-mail address listed on Google with no response. If you plan to arrive early you must have a communication response with Sansevero. Do not be like me and hope it will be available and open on an early arrival.

Localizado em uma boa região, seguro para andar a noite ,mercado ao lado e centro histórico a 10 minutos a pé,muitos restaurantes e lojinhas próximos . Porém a acessibilidade ao quarto é muito ruim. Eu mandei diversas mensagens perguntando sobre acesso pois ia com bagagem e mãe idosa, nunca fui respondida ,teria cancelado e feito nova reserva . O prédio é muito antigo, o quarto tem acesso péssimo. Fica no segundo andar . Até o primeiro andar tem 3 lances de escada grandes , após subir tem q se dirigir a um outro bloco ,por um corredor enorme , aí sim tem um elevador que leva do primeiro ao segundo andar , acesso ruim para bagagem mesmo pequena ou para qualquer dificuldade de mobilidade . Tem um elevador no terreo mas não pode ser usado por hóspedes . O quarto é agradável, tem uma varanda enorme bem bonita , camas razoáveis, roupa de cama e toalhas boas , e banheiro aceitável . Tem um secador fraco no banheiro. Não tem nenhuma conveniência para uso comum como talheres ,pratos ou cafeteira.

Precisa de melhoras

A habitação precisa melhorar muito. A localização é central, só isso. O prédio é velho e aspecto de sujo, acesso complicado. No quarto barulho exterior não tem nenhuma proteção. O banheiro ao ligar a água tem uma bomba que faz um barulho horrível e alto. Travesseio grosso e duro, colchão muito mole. Passamos uma noite horrível. Peço desculpa, mas não sou de reclamar, mas foi muito ruim.

Ótimo custo benefício

Gostei da localização, próximo da estação central mas não tão próximo da super loucura, próximo ao centro histórico e seus famosos restaurantes, fizemos tudo caminhando, cama boa… pelo custo benefício achei ótimo.

Udany pobyt

Hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji. Blisko do dwóch linii metra, oraz Muzeum Archeologicznego. Pokoje przestronne i czyste tak samo jak łazienka. Codzienne sprzatane. Łóżka wygodne. Widok z okna na główną ulicę, hałas nie przeszkadzał. Pani Krysia bardzo pomocna i miła. Mogliśmy bez problemu zostawić bagaż po wymeldowaniu. Polecam wszystkim, w tej cenie nie ma konkurencji, bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości.

Excellent value for money

Excelent and extremely affordable apartment! Very clean (it was cleaned every day) with nice terasse, spacious bathroom, TV, AC, very good mattresses, fast WIFI. The only drawback was the lack of fridge! The hostess is very kind and although she didnt speak english we communicated fine! BNB sansevero Naples is just near the Naples center (10min walk), there is a big supermarket in the corner with everything needed and the bus stop (ANM bus number 182 costs 1.1euro one way per person) to and from the airport is just a few steps from this BNB (so you dont have to take ALIBUS which costs 5euros one way per person). All in all I absolutely recomment this property!

Was a bit concerned when we arrived as the entrance does not appear to be that great, however, the owners could not have been nicer and although they did not speak much English were still able to communicate. Breakfast was good although a set time of 9am, meant we missed it a couple of times when leaving early for a trip
