Vanderbilt Beach Retreat- 4 Bed 1-level, Spacious, & Pet-Friendly - 3 King Beds

This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath single-family home is ideal for one or more families due to its unique layout with bedrooms located on opposite extremes of the house and shared spaces (kitchen, dining, living) in the middle. Loads of windows throughout with vaulted ceilings in the common areas and master bedroom. Ample parking on two driveways, and space for a boat. Plus we are pet friendly with NO pet fees.
Ideally located just blocks from Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park, Whole Foods Market, Publix, Trader Joe's and Walmart.

We had a great time. Natasha was super great to work with. The house was in a great location, and very spacious, the fenced in backyard was nice for the dogs. Would definitely come back.Thanks again Natasha for everything

The host and the realtor weee very prompt and responsive in providing us with anything we requested.The place spacious,especially kitchen,living room and bedrooms. The masterbedroom was large felt like home.It only needed updating of the bathrooms,Otherwise all good, loved the open space.

Not a clean house

We had 5 adults and one child stay here over Christmas. When we arrived we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the home. For almost 1000 a night we were very upset with the condition of the home. There was dust bunnies on the floor and they were not cleaned, black mold in the shower, things stuff on the walls, didn’t look like any of the sheets were cleaned … etc. We contacted our host right away and she was very quick to respond and apologetic. She said she would send the cleaning lady back the next day and asked me to provide pictures. She gave me 2 time options for the cleaning lady to come and told me she relayed to her what needed to be clean. We had to rush back to our place and pack all of our stuff back up so she can come back to clean. At 2:30 she showed up and immediately asked me what she wanted me to do. Kept telling me she already cleaned what I was saying was dirty and told me she had other places to clean in the day and acted like she was in a rush. She did clean all of the floors and was also very apologetic but she stayed for 12 mins then left. The host never checked in on us again to see how the cleaning went or for any check out processes. We didn’t sleep for 4 days due to fireworks going off every 5 mins and we actually called the cops a couple times and they never stopped. We did not have a good experience at all when it comes to cleanliness. If you stay here I hope you have a better experience. The host was definitely very nice.
