We are located in a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL very close to downtown and within a short drive of 9 miles of beaches! Our on site amenities include a heated pool, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner equipped with a full bar, a BBQ deck with a Gazebo, and tennis and pickleball courts. The Space: Welcome to our completely remodeled and designer furnished second floor condo in Park Shore Resort! Accessed by a common elevator or stairs, our condo is entirely set up as a luxurious vacation rental. The kitchen features quartz counters, a package of black appliances and a counter that seats 4\. This unit has its own laundry that guests can use throughout their stay, a true luxury as many units do not have laundry in the complex! \*The condo has a King bed with a bunk bed in the front bedroom (#2) and a Queen bedroom in the back bedroom (#1) . \*There are 2 full size bathrooms - an en suite in bedroom # 1 and a full sized bathroom across the hall from bedroom #2 \*There is casual indoor dining for 6 and enjoy outdoor meals on the lanai or at the grilling gazebo. \*The lanai has a high top table that seats 4 and a outdoor bench and 2 chairs with a coffee table. \*This is a second floor unit and there are stairs and a elevator to reach the second floor \*Parking is available and abundant and on the ground floor \*The screened lanai is easily accessed from the family room and the second bedroom and has beautiful views of the resort. \*Our condo is a 2 minute walk to the lobby and pool and restaurant There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed per reservation.
