Great place to stay, nice rooftop space with hot tubs, lounge beds, and bar. Great breakfast included. Would have liked an extra pillow and a comforter, the bed only included a sheet, as well as an extra towel since you have the amenities plus regular shower. Would stay again!

Not sure if it told you that the lobby is on the 6th floor and the elevator holds 3 people. No one offered to help get our luggage up to the 6th floor or to help put it in storage that was tight and cramped. We are mid 70’s and needed help. Front door key was difficult to use, u have a Total of 4 keys, street entrance, room level entrance, your door entrance and a safe. Shower floor was very slick when wet, room was hot when we went in and had a confusing control to work it. Water temperature was lukewarm. Beds were comfortable, rooms are very small. Restaurant experience evening was a disaster. Ordered spaghetti with sauce and was brought spaghetti with fresh tomatoes, the bruschetta and garlic bread were at least day old, I tried to eat but it tore the roof of my mouth, when I questioned Claudia waitress about the sauce, she said no you ordered fresh tomatoes and got mad and did not speak to us again. We paid our bill and she followed us to the counter and stood there, I guess to hear if we were going to complain. We did not, just wanted our checkout time to be sooner, I would not recommend for seniors or a good dinner. Breakfast was fabulous! I would not stay there ever again.
