Fun week with the family

Couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating house. Extremely clean, and outstanding service provided by Tammie. We Kayaked and played in the pool rode bikes to the beach. We will definitely by back

Spacious and Structured for family vacation

We stayed 7 days for Thanksgiving week. Nice ample space for hosting family and friends. We had a BBQ cookout one evening, and Thanksgiving dinner. At the house we comfortably fit 2 older adults, a young couple with a 4y old, a baby and 2 nannies, and 2 single young adults. The owners were communicative and responsive to our needs.

House with lots of room

We had 9 adults and 2 small children and there was plenty of room for all of us. Tammie was very responsive ahead of time and while we were there as well. I agree with the other reviews so I won't reiterate it.:)

Family wedding

Property was beautiful and just as described. Communication with owners was great! Beach was a close one mile away . We walked or parked in the parking garage for 10$. Pool was awesome and heated which everyone including my 3 yr old and 1 yr old grandson loved! Very close to mercato . Great restaurants there ! Plenty of toys , beach chairs, bikes to enjoy! Can’t wait to go back!

Loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay! More than enough room for our group of 6. In fact, we didn't even us the downstairs bedroom attached to the garage. We loved the room to spread out, the pool as fantastic, we cooked some meals, we sat out on the back deck, our kids kayaked, my husband and son fished (didn't catch anything).... loved how any things were in the garage for us to use including adult and kids bikes, beach chairs, fishing poles (only 1 had a reel on it), kayaks and beach toys. There was a cooler left by someone too. I would highly recommend this house. Thank you!

Fabulous Naples Retreat

We just finished a wonderful week at this beautiful property. There was plenty of room for three families. The pool was fantastic and we used the kayaks daily to spot dolphins swimming along the canal. The neighborhood is stunning and the beach within walking distance. The house was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities! Any questions or concerns were answered promptly by the host! We had a wonderful vacation, and hope to return again!

Great for couple friends get away.

There is some maintenance needed to the house, windows and doors had issues. Water/ice dispenser on upstairs fridge didn't work. Contacted management and they responded right away. Queen size bedroom is very small but has an attached bathroom and its not like you're in there much. Lots of stuff to use in the garage. Multiple bikes of different sizes, beach chairs, etc... Overall we had a very good time and would recommend for families and/or adults only vacations.

This property is in a wonderful location and quite affordable.. Manager very helpful when we mentioned the pool was too cold to use and they immediately had a new solar cover arrive. Would stay again.

Great location

Property was clean and close to beach, state park, mini golf, and marina. Plenty of kayaks, bikes, pool toys and nearby walking and biking paths. Owners were very helpful and responded quickly to questions.

Great Family Rental

My family had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is well suited for families. Well equipped with everything you need for a Florida vacation. The only 4 stars I gave was because some listings had it with 4 bedrooms and some with 5 which was a bit confusing. It has 5 :).

Family Thanksgiving - 6 adults 3 children

The location of this house is wonderful! Super close to the state park beach and Vanderbilt beach. The owners included a park pass to use for the state park - the parking is very easy and close to the beach. I walked a few times to meet up with the family after they drove over since it is a close walk. Both beaches have great clean bathroom facilities. We used the beach chairs and sand toys in the garage to take to the beach. The house was perfect for the 3 families that stayed. We all had plenty of room and the living area and kitchen were perfect when we were all together. The pool is on the north side of the house so it was shaded most of the day during our stay over Thanksgiving and a little too cool at that time of year for us to really enjoy that amenity. We did take the kayaks out a couple of times and so glad these were available to use.

This home exceeded our expectations. Easy check in. Perfect location, clean , comfortable and many extra amenities. Very kid friendly, lots of fun toys, beach equipment, wonderful pool....everything we needed. This was our first trip to Naples and it was great! Would definitely recommend this property. Amazing, as always

This was our family's 3rd time at this property. We love the familiarity and all the amenities (bicycles, kayaks, fishing off the dock etc.). This place had everything we could need! We look forward to the next time we can visit.

Nice House

First time to Naples area and it was a nice property. The pool was great for kids and a lot of things available to do at the house including bikes and kayaks. It was in a great location and easy to find.

Best of Class in Naples

Beautiful, spacious home with all the amenities a large family can enjoy.......a large pool and dock along the canal made for a perfect setting for both adults and kids to enjoy swimming and fishing. The owner was very responsive to questions we had along the way. We will certainly rent this home again.

Great Location

The house was in a perfect location-close to the beach and all of the necessities. The house has everything you could need for your stay. The property needs some updating, cleaning out of old toys/used items and overall upkeep but we enjoyed our stay regardless. We fished and crabbed from the dock with no success but had fun trying. Our group ranged in age from 1-73 and a good time was had by all.

Family trip

We had a great time staying at this house. Such a beautiful neighborhood and the kids absolutely enjoyed the pool area. LOVED the beach at Delnor Wiggins. Beautiful area with dolphin and tortoise sightings. The house was clean. Could use some updates here and there but nothing that stands out too badly. Dock area is great (fish were not really biting much during our stay), even had a ton of jellyfish surrounding us once while fishing. All the extra things there to enjoy like bikes, fishing gear, kayaks, and beach chairs is a huge plus. All in all we loved our stay and would recommend to anyone!
