“We loved the location as it was away from everyone and completely private. Still close enough that we had no problem golfing, biking, boating and going to Dinosaur National Monument. The home was clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies and beds. Host was very responsive to all our inquiries. With a large group like ours, 9 adults and 7 children, another bathroom would be nice and eating dinner required a few to eat in chairs with no table. But those were minor items and on the whole we had a...

“It is a fine place to say. Despite the 4 check in time on the listing, we could not get in till 5. Too many barking dogs in the neighborhood all hours of the night. Not good! Minimal kitchen stuff. But very clean and roomy. ”

“The cottage was very clean, light & airy. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the main street area. All amenities worked properly and there were condiments available. Parking was accessible, the back yard spacious and clean with decent views.”

“Great location and property was exactly as advertised ”

“The place is plenty big, check in was easy, great communication. We had a large family trip, 8 adults and 6 children. There are more than enough beds to go around. The property owner also operates side by side tours of the are including pictographs, and hard to reach areas around dinosaur. I had absolutely no complaints and we will definitely book again. ”
