独立Apartment, 整潔及设施充足(有冼衣機)。有8-9个停车泊位，但要额外收费。同街稍静，颇多空置住宅。

Appreciate the qick response to our concern on the air-con noise. Overall very good.

There is sufficient parking space under the apartment but you need skills to drive the vehicles out the gate. There are also free parking spaces on street so it’s not a problem to us. The bathroom is accessible to disabled, which is good, yet water easily spills out the shower area and wet the bath mat. Really love the balcony which has sunshine and wind to dry clothes after washing. There are washing machines and dryer in the apartment too.
