Situated just off the A40, this property will also give you quick and easy access to Haverfordwest, the ancient county town of Pembroke (approx. 10 miles west) and Carmarthen, the oldest town in Wales (approx. 10 miles east), as well as being just 10 miles north of the popular harbour town and beach of Tenby.

Heading in through the front door, you will find a warm and welcoming living room and dining area which has plenty of light shining through the sliding doors which open out to a peaceful courtyard - a great space to relax and discuss all your days’ adventures and plan the next ones. The kitchen is well-equipped at the front of the property with an electric hide and slide oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. Head up the staircase to find two very comfortable and spacious bedrooms, one having a super-king divan bed which can be split into two full size singles on request and the other has a king size divan bed which can be split into two small single beds for children on request. Completing the accommodation, there is a shower room with a shower and WC.

Outside of the property, you have access to the enclosed patio area with a table and chairs and a gas BBQ at the rear. There is a parking space for one car on the drive to the left of the property. Roadside parking for additional cars is subject to availability.
