“I had a great stay at this hotel for the night.
Very clean, comfortable beds. Clean shower. Could connect to the TV to watch the likes of YouTube or watch normal channels. Room service, although I didn't use this. A lovely restaurant with lovely food..and the staff were fantastic. Even checked me in an hour early.

“We had a traumatic experience going to see `take `that weeks before. Trying to get a taxi out of the city. It was 1am when we got back to the hotel. The concert finished at 10.30. 5 women in our 60’s waiting on a pavement in Cardiff was awful. So I asked the Coach and Horses if we could cancel and have a refund (this hotel is a taxi ride way!) they refused as it was non refundable rooms. So I asked them several times. If I could have a credit note £270!! Not including breakfast is a lot to lose,……

“We visited this hotel for our son’s graduation which was in the icc centre which is walking distance from the hotel. The hotel it self is beautiful inside and out. It’s a big resort with lots of different parts all connected. But it’s a big hotel with a free shuttle bus for guests. But there is some walking needed. “We have stayed here before several times but this time was really disappointing. We booked an accessible room but on arrival we were told this wasn't available and we were on the first floor. It was fortunate my operation for a knee replacement was postponed or I wouldn't have managed the stairs (no lift). The first floor room was stifling as it was during the ongoing heatwave. No fan provided.
We went straight to get a cold drink (having driven 200 miles we were parched). Ordered the drinks……
