We are very close to downtown (just over a mile!) yet far enough away for you to take a breath and relax right on the river, or take a relaxing dip in the pool on a hot day! STRP# 2023#072657 Sleep comfortably in the bedroom on a King size bed or the living room on our Queen size sofa sleeper or Queen sized air mattress. Our kitchen has everything you will need to make yourself at home, whether you just need the microwave or want to cook a full meal! We also have a Keurig single serve coffee maker and supply a few pods to get you going. The home has a cozy living room that is perfect for relaxing and watching our cable tv. There is a community pool that is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (depending on weather). We provide our guests with a door code created specifically for you to have access to the entire unit, so you don\`t have to worry about sharing or losing a key! We will not be on sight, but are local and available any time! We are located about 1 mile from Broadway, right on the Cumberland River! We are very close to everything you could possibly want to do/see. Uber/Lyft rides are always available 24hrs a day. You can ride scooters anywhere around the city and of course we have plenty of free parking if you are bringing your own vehicle. Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guests amenities. This includes but is not limited to: 2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom 2- Rolls of paper towels 1- Cleaning sponge A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds We’re so excited to host y’all and help make your Nashville stay unforgettable! 🎶✨ To keep the property comfy and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few quick guidelines: Oops moments happen! This place definitely fit our needs for 2 weeks. The description is accurate - you can walk to a lot of places people want to go in Nashville. I will say some of the stretches walking to Broadway can be slightly sketchy but just choose a route off of the river front. You can also walk to the Sounds stadium and everything around it. I wouldn’t recommend this condo for more than a couple unless it’s a really short stay. Spaces are small but that works for us.
