The Space:

Four separate bedrooms mean nobody has to share a bed with someone outside their own family, and the open living space keeps meals and evenings together when everyone wants to gather.



The main level centers on an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a sectional, big-screen TV, and a shuffleboard table built right into the living room. The kitchen opens directly onto the dining table, so the person cooking for a crowd is still part of the conversation, and two upper-level balconies at the back of the home give you a second spot to step outside for fresh air.



Upstairs, a separate game room with a pool table and ping pong table gives kids and adults their own space to compete, one bedroom is set up with queen bunk beds for the kids, and the rooftop deck stays reserved for grilling and skyline views.

Free street parking is plentiful directly in front of the home, an easy option for families arriving with multiple vehicles. Rideshare is the easiest way to move a larger group into downtown and Broadway without splitting up into multiple cars, and BNA Airport is about a 12 minute drive at 11.3 miles, convenient for families flying in from out of town
