Jan 6, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Family Vacation My husband and I, our teenage/adult kids and our dogs had a fantastic stay at this property between Christmas and New Year’s Eve! The property is very spacious for our party of 6 and the location is great! We were less than 10 minutes from Broadway and only a short drive over to the Opry Mills area. Great city and love the vibe. This property was perfect. Plenty of room for our group and the roof top was perfect to unwind and enjoy the view of the city. Having 4 rooms with each have private bath. Biggest complaint we had was the couch in the living room. It was a hot mess. Held together with duct tape, lol. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job cleaning Lots of areas that have not been cleaned in awhile. The outside of the building with all the trash cans that were everywhere made it seem kinda trashy as cans were overflowing and some tipped over causing trash to fly up and down the streets. Communication with host was great though. Overall we loved the property just surprised the couch was in such disarray. ##### Debra S. House was very clean, very spacious with everyone have a place to sleep. Host was very accommodating, friendly and responded quickly to all our questions!
