The Space: The house is pet-friendly and boasts a fenced backyard, perfect for your four-legged friends to explore. The deck with BBQ and outdoor seating creates an inviting space for gatherings, whether you’re starting your day with coffee or winding down after a night on Broadway. Guests also love the convenience of the private, secure carport with two parking spaces, a rare find this close to downtown. Inside, you’ll find modern fixtures and a contemporary design that delights each guest who walks through the door. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is designed for entertaining and connection. Relax in the main living space, complete with a fireplace, 55” smart TV, and a comfortable sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, and small essentials like a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The extended counter with bar seating for 2 pairs perfectly with the oversized dining table for 8, making meals and conversations a highlight of your stay. This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests across 3 private bedrooms, each furnished with plush beds and quality linens for restful nights: • Bedroom #1 (Primary Suite): 2 queen beds, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a clawfoot tub, and walk-in shower. • Bedroom #2: Queen bed with a convenient desk area. • Bedroom #3: Queen bed plus a twin bed, perfect for flexible group arrangements. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. The inside of the home was very nice and clean, the rooms were spotless, and the beds were comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The covered garage was also a great bonus and very convenient.The only minor drawbacks were that the TV outside underneath the deck didn’t work, and the grates on the grill could use replacement. Outside of those small issues, everything was well-kept and enjoyable. Fresh towels, soap, trash bags, and laundry detergent was available. There's a nice fenced in yard, front porch, and 2nd level deck (front and back). A couple items to note, there's no plates or silverware in the kitchen. There is a nice wet bar with a coffee station next to the kitchen. The check out instructions were super straight fowards and easy to follow. There's a second level laundry, the master has an excellent restroom, and the 2 guest beds had a jack and jill setup. The entire house easily slept 5 of us, but it could easily sleep more if we include the couches and people doubled up in beds. Really the only complaint is that the dining chairs and living room furniture needs a deep cleaning. The refrigerator, sink, bathroom and bedrooms were alll clean but there were a lot of cobwebs and dirty baseboards. I think the cleaning service does the weekly cleaning but the house needs the twice a year deep clean. The house was stock with all the amenities you need. The propane tank was not in the fire pit and the shed was too buggy to venture into. We had 6 guest in a house for 9 so plenty of room. They needed to supply more bathroom and kitchen towels. When I messaged the host, I did get quick replies. Its about a mile walk to the farmers market which is nice. The house was perfect for 4\. The beds were very comfortable, which is extremely important to me when booking! No complaints, except i wish it had the basics like, salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil for making breakfast in the morning. The area was not to loud and even though we had a car, we took an uber to most places within the city. The property managers were communicative, very nice & understanding.
