It has expansive outdoor entertaining areas, including a covered patio, wood firepit, and luxurious pool and ping pong table, all surrounded by rolling forest, offering the ultimate in luxury fun. The entire 1st floor opens up to the outdoor areas, creating a great flow from the indoor kitchen and living spaces to the patios and pool. This house is an entertainer's dream\*. The immaculate finishes and fixtures throughout the newly built home create luxury and relaxation in the heart of the farmland. Enjoy family time and entertaining set in ultimate privacy.
