The property is so nicely updated and such a unique and beautiful space! The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything, including before checkin. The overall space was clean, inviting, and very fun!
My wife and I were in town for a wedding on this weekend and we were very happy with our stay at salt ranch. The rooms were very clean and the pool was a great amenity to have. The lobby/dining area was also really great although we didn’t spend much time there.
Also, the management had already loaned out all of their irons to other guests so they literally ordered one from Walmart and had it delivered in less than 30 minutes which really saved the day for me! They were very helpful and accomodating.
We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was not open which was a bummer, and the coffee machine had gone down when we wanted coffee but they got it up and running same day!
Would def come back if we make it out to Nashville again!
The most attractive item was the bar and pool. Definitely an adult environment and really not suited for children under the age of 18.
Rooms were clean and charming. Lizzie the bar tend was exceptional. Great smile and customer care awesome!
My only issue was at check-in I asked for two beds and he said I needed to call Expedia. I have been in the hospitality hotel industry for 20+ years and knew that was not true.
I didn’t say anything because it wasn’t that serious but found it hilarious that he advised me to do that.
The place overall is nice and clean. Very sketchy on arrival, giving motel vibes but I would stay again.

Second time we stayed here because it's close to my daughter's home. When we walked into our room here's what we found:
Filthy floor, no light bulbs in with of the bedside lights, lack of soap, shampoo, etc, not enough towels, gnats all over the bathroom, bathroom door handle had fallen off.
Staff responded quickly to getting us towels and soap, shampoo, etc. housekeeping did a good job cleaning our floor the next morning (it needed washing, not vacuuming). Wish the room looked like that when we first checked in.
They have a nice facility, great beds and linens, but lack attention to clean rooms which is the biggest issue.
The room was nice, clean, and new. There were a couple of cobwebs and 1 spider and there really needs to be a mat or rug outside the door. It’s hard to keep from tracking stuff in from the parking lot without one. The beds were comfortable but the pillows could be a little firmer. A couple of bottles of complimentary water would be a nice touch. The walls are a bit thin as you can hear the next door neighbors but it didn’t bother us. Overall great stay. Cute place and good location

I really wanted to like Salt Ranch. The pictures online looked beautiful and just what I was looking something chic and relaxing. However when we arrived (although after 11pm) the guy simply handed us our key and said someone already checked you in without asking for ID. Other times I asked for water or help with the umbrella I was met with ambivalence and felt like I was bothering him although I was the only patron in sight. I wanted to get breakfast before any early meeting. And although online it said they started serving at 7am I didn’t bother asking for anything because they didn’t seem prepared and seemed short staffed. I overheard one of the staff say he worked 18 hours the day before. Our room seemed bare bones and didn’t have a coffee maker or menu or info on the pool or hotel like you would expect. One night after it rained an awful sewer smell came up through the drains in the bathroom. I think this place has potential but needs to hire more welcoming staff to make this an enjoyable stay.
Clean room, friendly staff, enjoyed our stay.
Only complaint would be that there is only one very small trashcan can in the bathroom for the entire room.
This hotel is so cute! it’s new and nicely refurbished the staff was super friendly they let us check in early which was nice and had a cute bar and restaurant. Only thing I’d suggest is to provide in room coffee pots. Drip coffee is available in the restaurant for free but it doesn’t open until 7am so having a nice coffee pots for early risers would be nice but still 5 star stay!
It’s a newly renovated property, so there’s still a few things getting buttoned-up, but overall stay was great. Staff was friendly and helpful, amenities were clean and decently appointed, and the bed was REALLY comfy. We booked on our way to Atl, then chose to book again on our way back through, if that tells ya anything. 🤓
We stayed for 3 days - the decor and vibe is great. However, they are understaffed at the bar / food service. The housekeeping service didn't show up one day and when we had to go to the night attendant for towels, she became annoyed that she had to get them. The checkin / out is very informal / confusing and the resort has minimal amenities. Great place to sleep, but not to "stay".
We had the most amazing 4 night stay!! We honestly loved everything from the room to the pool! We felt like we were in the middle of Palm Springs! The inside bar was great! The Salt Ranch Margarita was amazing! My only negative was, I wish they had had more of the menu available. Every person we came in contact with there was so friendly and accommodating! And the little mascot Rue was adorable! We will definitely be back to stay!!
