The staff was excellent and personable, all smiles and very accommodating. The property was dated, vents in room were covered in dust and the door frames were rusted. Not pleasant to look at, but did the job well enough. Clean bed to sleep in and the TV worked. Pillows were uncomfortably soft, bring your own.

Everything at Fairfield in Natchitoches was good. Beds could be a little softer but were OK. Internet was a bit slow when watching movies on computer or tv. Whatever it was caused picture to blank or freeze every couple of minutes. Otherwise, everything else was great and breakfast was good.

Room was comfortable. Service was excellent, especially Jeremy. We did not eat breakfast there. We were able yo walk to nearby stores.

Check in was smooth as I did it online. Got to the hotel an hour and a half before check in. The man at the desk was super polite and helpful as he was able to get us checked into our rooms an hour and a half earlier since we needed rest before going to my son’s foorball camp. The rooms smell clean and appear to be well maintained. Sheets and bed are extra comfy. Shower pressure is great! Body wash is rejuvenating, lavender and eucalyptus. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely start staying at motor Fairfield Inns. They do have some remodeling taking place on the third floor, but the noise was minimum. Really are enjoying our stay. Can’t wait for the complementary breakfast!
