Auch die Kommunikation mit ihr war perfekt und immer super hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Habe selten eine so gut ausgestattete Unterkunft gehabt. "Cons: The home is slightly remote but so special. The kitchen has everything you need to make any meal. The owner keeps it well stocked with food, cleaning supplies, spices etc. We loved the pizza oven and spent a lot of time in the yard with the kids and the toys that are provided. Thomas is available to answer any questions. The mountains are spectacular, be awarre everthing is closed on Sundays. We were there with our family of 10 including 4 kids and couldn't have had a better time."

"Pros: Der Blick ins Tal ist einfach nur traumhaft. Man hat von morgens bis zum Sonnenuntergang Sonne. Dazu kann man aus der direkten Umgebung schöne Wandertouren starten. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr freundlich und alle hat total reibungslos geklappt. Das tägliche Frühstück mit selbstgemachten Leckereien und vielen Lebensmitteln vom Hof war ein Traum. Vielen Dank für den sehr schönen Urlaub!"

"Amazing oasis in the historic center of city. The mature tree canopy and hedge offers a resort feel but you are just a few blocks from the train station, cable car, upscale shopping, and incredible historical sites in the pedestrian area of the city. The pool was a perfect way to relax and refresh after a day of siteseeing or hiking. There are so many little touches that exude high quality design-- from the in-room Marshall speaker to the yoga mat to the reading material near the pool and sauna/gym area. I felt like I was at a wellness resort in a very well-run city hotel."

"Lovely hotel in excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping area, museums etc. couple of minutes walk from bus and rail station. Hotel is lovely, huge rooms, clean and comfortable. Our room overlooked the piazza which was busy, but we had no noise so great soundproofing. The pool is across the road so easy to get to, however they have limited sun beds so need to get there earlier. Hotel staff were helpful in guiding how to get to certain places. Staff were very polite and overall hotel amenities were good. The hotel does not offer the free Suditrol travel pass and you have to go to the bus station to buy one, despite what it says on the internet! Had a lovely stay here and would return."

"The remote location and stunning views of the mountains is absolutely breathtaking! The staff at this hotel are wonderful and cater to your every whim. We enjoyed the top rated breakfast and Tea time that was included with our reservation. The cuisine is outstanding and farm to table fresh. We had an issue with our room but they dealt with it expediently and upgraded us to a wonderful suite. I would highly recommend staying at this boutique hotel."

"Excellent excellent property!! Every penny was worth it.. one thing i could point out to improve would be the dinner time staff could do a little better… but this didn’t spoil our stay at all. Very good hotel, everyone was super helpful and friendly. Pools were amazing and very well maintained. Will definitely visit again and will recommend to other travellers visiting the dolomites."
