"The villa had all the amenities we could require. It provided a very comfortable and homely base to stay. However little things like a broom was broken and the coffee machine didn't work should not happen."

"Overall, our experience was very good. There were 2 issues that affected our stay. The first was the internet was not working when we arrived, however the host was quick to respond and the problem was resolved on the same day. The second issue was there were ants in the kitchen and when it rained, the upstairs bedroom. The reserved outside parking spot was very convenient, where as, the garage parking was tight. "The house is fantastic! They have thought of everything-kitchen is well stocked, towels, linens, soaps, great coffee machine including coffee beans and the house was immaculately clean! The hot tub was great and views of the mountains spectacular! Wilma was a great hostess-bringing fresh bread everyday and always responding quickly to any questions. I highly recommend this chalet-my family had an incredible stay! "
