“I booked this in May. Have been emailing/messaging the host and also calling but no response. Took a chance and went there but the Host did a no show. No correspondents from them at all. We were stranded with kids in the middle of nowhere for hours at night until we had to find another place ourselves. Very disappointing esp coming from another country. I would recommend until the host replies don’t book this one.”

“Beautiful place. Check in was a bit of a struggle . As no confirmation email nor text with instructions were received and multiple calls were needed to be made . To finally receive it via WhatsApp. Internet was also an obstacle. Did end up connecting to an alternative connection . When maintenance came they said that it looked like the internet had not been paid on the units specific wifi. Bbq was also not clean - rest of the place was clean however. Despite all this . “For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. ”

“Jewellery including money were stolen from our rooms. Water pressure was turned down. The owner was washing the driveway for hours so we could not use the shower. The property was clean but not safe.”
