OK. It was reasonably clean and it looked like they were trying, but... Pluses: - The room was clean, no doubt about it. The linens all smelled faintly of bleach, so they were doing their washing well. - Water pressure was good, and I never seemed to run out of hot water. - Location wasn't bad at all. Right in the heart of the city. - Service was good. I lost my key card at one point and they issued me a new one without any hassles. The card turned up in my car so all was doubly good. Minuses: - The pictures on the Expedia site and on their own site do NOT reflect the rooms. At least not my room. - There was one quad power outlet in the room outside of the bathroom, and it was not next to the bed. Made phone charging while using it as an alarm clock a challenge. - The A/C was rather loud and there was a lot of light from the bathroom window (I had to close the door) making it harder to sleep. - There was no breakfast. Fortunately, Little America was across West Temple and had a nice coffee shop. - I stayed four nights and only had maid service for the room once, sometime during the day on Friday. Not a big deal, but... Overall: As part of my travel package, it was very affordable. The mattress on the bed was good and comfortable, and it looked like they were working to renovate rooms, but I'm disappointed that their marketing oversells the place.
