We booked the Panoramic Room, & honestly, it was a pretty good experience. Besides the fact that it’s basically an open-air room & lets all the bugs in because of all the cracks in the walls, we got a pretty good sleep & did not get bit by mosquitos at all even though there were many around. This had us worried at first & they need to fix that. I do not understand why they can’t just seal the place up in the cracks between the glass, or at least have a mosquito net around the bed, but other than this issue, the whole experience was great & the room had a great view, was beautiful, spacious, the jacuzzi was great, & we had no other problems. The staff can be a little more friendly & welcoming but this hotel was good & I would stay here again. Maybe just not the outdoor panoramic room, a different one.

Very close to the train station and close to the Carrera 70

The house is extremely comfortable and spacious. Luxury amenities that made us feel at home. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Graciela the house keeper and Charles our private chef made our stay amazing. It was nice that they had a lunch and dinner menu available for those days we wanted to stay in. Probably one of the best stays in Medellin. The location is just minutes away from Provenza and surroundings. Manuela the host was super attentive, helping us with reservations at restaurants.

The hotel was Good, but at night the ares is too loud, music till 3am

My first time leaving my country, and my stay here was amazing. I have no complaints. It was perfect for me. The host was very cool and responded fast to any of my needs. Safe area around a lot of food options.
