A really good hotel with kind and attentive staff. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. Really enjoyed the spa services. The only minus was how cold the room got because of the AC (didn’t matter how much we tried to adjust it), but I would definitely stay here again.

Had a comfortable and luxurious stay here for our first three nights in Sri Lanka. Travelled in June which is off season / monsoonal however we barely saw any rain - sunbaked by the pool most days and was very relaxing to travel in the quiet season - at times had the whole pool and grounds to ourself. Buffet breakfast was incredible and had soooo many options. Grounds were beautifully maintained and the gym was perfect too

Good hotel for a night near airport

This was a good hotel to stay before our flight. Just 25 mins from the airport. Nice room facing the sea. Nice pool. The buffet for dinner was good.

5 star view of the ocean, 3.5 star room, 2 star service from the staff. Stayed for 4 nights, first day was ruined due to being given a sub standard room. After complaining to the supervisor, we were given a nicer room with a beautiful view of the pool/ocean - but the room felt more like 3.5 star - nothing special, No mini bar and room was outdated. Paid nearly $200/night, not worth the price. Breakfast was the same for all 4 days of our stay. Also, felt that people of color are treated differently and raised this with the supervisor. The arrogant male staff in particular at front desk, restaurant and pool area need to be trained properly. This was raised with the supervisor.. Note that an additional 10% service charge, 18% VAT is added to food/beverage/spa.

Great situation and lovely staff

Really nice hotel, the buffet was good and the location was fantastic. I would say that the decor is a little shabby/dated for a 5 star hotel, but the service here was great so that shouldn't put you off. For the price, I thought it was very fair.
