The alluring holiday unit radiates a vibrant atmosphere, helped by its close proximity to the calming waters of Shoal Bay Beach. Emanating a perfect balance between tranquil seclusion and coastal entertainment, it's only a few steps away from the glistening coastline and playground.  
  
Indoor living was designed with relaxation and entertainment in mind. The living area graced with a big screen Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, ceiling fan and reverse-cycle air conditioning, ensures you stay comfortable and entertained regardless of the season. The fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, family size fridge/ freezer, and essential crockery and cutlery enables you to enjoy home-cooked meals in the intimate dining space.  
  
For outdoor alfresco dining, you have a lovely balcony, complete with an electric BBQ setup for those long, leisurely summer evenings. From there, soak in the stunning, uninterrupted waterfront views while sipping your morning coffee or unwind after a day exploring Little Beach.  
  
Two bedrooms with the main bedroom having a Queen-size bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan, water views, and access to the main balcony to allow the beautiful sea breeze to flow through, whilst the second bedroom has a timber tri-bunk (double underneath/ single above) and built in trundle.   
  
Your comfort is further ensured with amenities like a recently renovated bathroom/ laundry with walk in shower fitted with a relaxing rainwater showerhead, vanity, top loader washing machine, clothes dryer and the convenience of a separate renovated toilet and a single lock-up garage and one open car space for the second car or a small tinnie/ jet ski.  
  
The Commodore complex is located between Little Beach which is a family friendly beach and popular Shoal Bay Beach with only a Reserve between you and water and the benefit of having no roads to cross which is perfect for children.  
  
Considering every member of your family, Commodore 3 is a child-friendly holiday haven that is indeed a sweet escape from the ordinary. It guarantees an unforgettable getaway experience filled with perfect beachfront living, captivating views, endless entertainment options, and close proximity to the area's finest attractions. Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:  
  
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am  
Any other day – 10pm to 8am  
  
Bedroom Configuration: - Sleeps 6 (maximum of 4 adults)  
  
Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan  
Bedroom 2 – Trio Bunk (Double underneath / Single above) + Single Trundle

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises  
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.   
  
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.   
  
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.  
  
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
