"We had a perfect time, the villa was clean, tidy and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool was great. The owners were there to greet us on arrival and were on hand for anything we might need help with, they were super friendly and absolutely lovely to get to know, we have only been home a few hours and I wish I was back there. The area was good, local shops and crystal clear seas and beautiful coves a short drive."

"It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay."

"Wieder zurück von einem schönen erholsamen Urlaub mit Mann und Hund möchten wir uns für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung auf zwei Etagen bietet viel Platz auch für Kinder. Es ist alles so wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung zu sehen, kein Neubau aber dafür eine Wohnung mit Charme... "We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay. The house Is well equipped and had everything we needed. It is quite beautiful and very modern. Due to the unique location of the house, it’s a little tricky to find initially but when you do find it and go down the steep hill to the house, the view will take your breath away! "Lovely old world hotel (completely renovated) across the road from the beach. Used the indoor pool but the balcony outside had only a few chairs and very little room. Our room had a nice sized balcony with a water view but the room (213) was very small with a few design flaws that made it crowded for two. Bathroom very small. Excellent breakfast and good service. Parking was limited but we had a spot for our 4 night stay and surprisingly they didn’t charge us. Disappointed that a 5 star hotel (above $500CAD per night in Sept) wouldn’t include beach chairs. We paid 30Euros each day to have two chairs on the beach. Lots of good dining and shops in walking distance. Clean, good air conditioning and fairly quiet. Bit of noise from the beach bar across the road but it finished at midnight. Overall a very good stay in a great location. "

"We had the most wonderful stay at this villa near Labin and would rate it five stars without hesitation.The villa itself is immaculate and feels brand new. The bedrooms are comfortable, bright and perfectly maintained, and having three well-equipped bathrooms was ideal for our family of seven. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need, from plenty of towels to a washing machine, and the kitchen had all we required. The layout of the villa worked beautifully for us.One of the main reasons we chose this villa was the pool, and it was just perfect. Our children spent hours enjoying it, while we loved relaxing in the peace and quiet. The setting is so calm and tranquil - exactly what we wanted for our holiday.The owner, Anita, was the most wonderful host. She welcomed us warmly, even when our dog was slightly over the weight limit, and she looked after us so well. We arrived to fresh fruit, and during our stay she kindly brought us local wine when we asked. She even gave us lovely gifts when we left. Communication was easy, even though she mentioned she is stronger in German than English - we had no problems at all. She is truly one of the kindest hosts we’ve ever met.The location is excellent too. The villa is close to the town of Labin, and about a 15-minute drive to Rabac for the beaches. We found two fantastic spots: Plaža Prižinja, a quiet little bay only accessible on foot which felt like a hidden gem, and Girandella beac"
