Only stayed for two nights but it was lovely. The person we were communicating with was super responsive and helpful and organized a late check out for us. The apartment was small but clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend!

It's in good location and fortunately there is air conditioner. Only problem is that there is not elevator. Otherwise, it is in walkable distance to city center

My friends and I stayed at this property for 1 night as we travelled through Rijeka. The property was neat, clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and we were able to arrange self check-in. Parking was conveniently located close by, although it was paid (which we were told in advance). The property is in an old building, but the room itself was newly renovated. I would recommend this property for short stays.

To get in touch with Property use Whatsapp. Once I realized that, they were very helpful. Aparment is on the 4th floor with no lift, but building is very quaint, quiet and conveniently located. Our short holiday in Rijeka was memorable

The online checkin app didn’t work but the owner did respond quickly on WhatsApp. This property is in a historic building on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. Street parking was difficult to find. We happened to be there on a Saturday and street parking is free Saturday and Sunday. The room/ kitchen is a good layout and surprisingly has a lot of storage for a small space. Appeared to be very residential and I didn’t see a lot of restaurants and shops.

The outside of the building looks old but the apartment is clean and renovated. The shower is a bit high and the hand held spray holder is broken. I’m 5 ft 3 and I have to crouch down to get my neck and back wet. Toiletries are really skimpy, no shampoo. The sunroof blind not able to close, it’s pretty bright by 5:00 am. Brought all this to the attention of the contact person, he said he had to check with the cleaning lady but never got back to us. The only electrical outlet is above one side of the bed and one beside the stove where the dining table is. For the price it is not too bad but would not rebook.

The location of this apartment was great, we only needed it for one night on the way back to Split. We booked it last minute, the response time was quick and he helped us with the questions we had. The room was perfect for just the one night and my little dog made himself right at home! Would stay here again if we come back to Rijeka.

Parking too far and expensive on the listing it say Eu 7 a day. They charge us 17 Euro for 13 hrs overnight The biggest concern was stairs the unit was on the fifth floor and no elevator in the building we had to use 100 stairs each way. These issues need to be mentioned on the listing

The property was very small and in tired condition. The walls are very thin. A few changes would really help like some new cutlery, crockery etc. A light near the bed would be very useful. There was nothing to clean the washing up with so i had to get a sponge out of the cleaners cupboard in the corridor. Shower door broken. These are all fixable. I accept it was cheap so wasn't expecting a big flat but a few changes and a better clean would make a big difference.

A very unfortunate experience

The description of this stay has many inaccurate details and I would not come back. There is absolutely not parking on site. It was extremely hard to find with no support or instructions. The parking that was referred to as $7 a day was actually $22 for less than 24 hours. It’s advertised that there is a washer/drier and that isn’t true. There is a washer, no drier. It was an active construction site. Our room had a light dangling by the electrical wires. All of the other rooms/the hallway were very much in the middle of renovation. You only had 3 minutes to shower or else the drain would overflow the shower onto the bathroom floor. We were told we would have WiFi access and when I contacted the number, I wasn’t given the code until the morning after we left. The full sized bed was two twin beds pushed together with very hard wood slats separating them. A refund or reimbursement of any kind was refused. We left as early as we could in the morning and didn’t even stay until checkout time. I wouldn’t support this business.

L’emplacement très bien. La communication avec l’hôte et les indications, Rien à redire. Par contre l’insonorisation est assez catastrophique. L’appartement est parfait pour deux, pour trois c’est assez petit. Nous avons eu des voisins qui hurlait de deux heures à 4h du matin. C’est dommage, un petit effort sur l’insonorisation serait pas mal. Nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour.

Das schlimmste var es stand nirgends das apartment im 5 stock ist das war sehr schlimm weil es gibt kein aufzug und wenn du noch damit mit ein koffer rauf gehst mühsam und dann schlimmer noch beim zimmer ist das es rigipswand ist du hast irgendwo angefasst und war gleich kaputt und man hört alles was im neben raum passierr also von meiner seite nicht empfehlens wert

Cozy apartment close to city center

Cozy apartment full equiped close to bus station and Korzo street (5min walking). Apartment is really good, bed is comfortable, it has a kitchen, washing machine (in the corridor) and TV with Netflix. Check-in and Check-out were quick and easy. Owner, Vladimir, is really nice, helpfull and answers any question/doubt really fast :) I fully recommend the place. Take in consideration that is a 4th floor without elevator, in case you carry heavy bags.
