“Beautiful location, the hot springs were wonderful and there's access to the river. Staff was very nice and accommodating even though our Spanish is terrible. They helped us connect with our tour to Colca Canyon in the morning. Breakfast buffet was nice. The room was cozy and comfortable.”

“Our room was fastidiously clean and kept tidy. Staff was amazing and made sure all our needs were met, and went out of their way to make us welcome. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The service during meals was just outstanding--we did not have to wait between courses or for our glasses to be refilled as staff kept a close eye. “När vi väl kom in i rummet så bestämde vi oss för ett nytt hotell. ”

“The worst “hotel” imaginable. Staff have no idea what they’re doing. No wifi (i mean who needs wifi). I was told to be ready at 6 am sharp for transport to the city. It never came. The hotel reception said that in Peru when we say 6 am we really mean 7 am. Unbelievable. I only woke up at 5 am and was there 15 minutes early. I had to hitch a ride with another couple’s driver (pure luck) to get to the city, My driver is still probably on his way. The worst part is in my haste I left behind my hat....
