Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et nous avons été très satisfaits. L’hôtel est très bien, propre et agréable, et nous avons passé un bon séjour.
Petit bémol : nous sommes venus fin septembre et la piscine n’était pas disponible. La salle de fitness était également fermée car elle était en réparation. Nous aurions aimé être informés de ces fermetures au moment de la réservation.
Dans l’ensemble, c’est toutefois un très bon hôtel et nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

El hotel el general está ok sin embargo me asignaron la habitación más lejana del elevador más de 50 metros caminando el aire acondicionado en la habitación muy deficiente y lo peor están en remodelación y te despiertan los golpes de martillo a las 7 am todos los días en los que me hospede

I am very pleased with the cleaner; she is a very good and helpful woman. The reception staff were accommodating and did their best to assist; I had a reservation for a double bed but was given a room with two singles, so they pushed them together for my convenience.
