A cute place managed by a son and his mom Clean rooms and good breakfast Strategic location , near to transport and touristic places They can book all the popular activities for you I highly recommend the balloons flight and Turkish danse night

Staff first class. Breakfast choice excellent. Terraces lovely. Incredible view of the hot air balloons outside our room 303 (junior suite). Nice albeit small pool. Plunge rather than swimming. Cheap plastic fitting in bathroom broke as soon as used.

The hotel was near to the sunrise spot and center of the town so we didn’t have any problems with dining or transportation. And most of all the breakfast was stunning!! The property has a pleasant appearance. The pool was still under reconstruction. The room we had was situated at the highest point of the property, offering a convenient location for viewing hot air balloons in the early morning.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed at! Everything was 10/10. The property is absolutely beautiful, the breakfast every morning was delicious, the staff were amazing, and the views were stunning. I had the room with the private terrace which was nice to spend time there throughout the day. But if you don’t get that room, there are other terrace that you can relax on that are just as beautiful too! Also, this hotel is great for the balloon viewing as well! So many spots on the property that you can watch from. Close to town which was great and not too far uphill (so you don’t have to worry about the walk!). If you want to catch a taxi, the taxi station is about a 5 min walk away

Perfect stay in Cappadocia! The hotel's location was ideal, surrounded by restaurants and charming souvenir shops, making evening strolls a delight. The staff was exceptionally warm and helpful, coordinating all our activities including the hot air balloon ride flawlessly. Breakfast was a feast with amazing variety of Turkish home-made breads and other options. They took care of everything, making our vacation completely stress-free. The perfect mix of convenience, hospitality, and service. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Roc of Cappadocia! The cave room that I stayed in was beautiful and clean with an extremely comfortable bed, great shower head and fantastic head/AC. The property is stunning and right in the heart of town. The continental breakfast was delicious with loads of options and Ahmet was a such a great host - he assisted me with my airport transportation and all of the tours around town (highly recommend the red tour of town). The balloon tour was fantastic and I can’t wait to visit again soon!

Hot air balloon stay

Overall it was very good. They are preparing for the season so not everything was in tip top condition. Breakfast was good. It was a very cosy cave like room we stayed in and it had all the amenities. It was perfect for our needs as an overnight stay to facilitate our hot air balloon ride. Overall I would give 4.5 out if 5

We Couldn't Have Been Happier

The pictures often oversell a property, but in this case they were right on the money. The setting was truly beautiful. The location was tucked away yet convenient to shops and restaurants, but the highlight was truly the staff. More than just helpful, they really made us feel at home. We cannot recommend highly enough.

I think they don’t have nothing more to offer for VIP is a small hotel with wonderful location, all people at the hotel are really nice the only thing that I’m recommended is update the rooms …. Because it is a cave and the rock gives off dust, having more decoration makes you feel that it is not clean. I think they should remove flowers and carpets and it would look more authentic and cleaner since the dust falls from the rock and would be cleaned daily and would not accumulate, especially on the carpet.,

Amazing stay!

Honestly incredible. It really doesn’t matter if you have a balcony/patio because the whole thing is a balcony! Amazing views from all over. Even with no AC, it stays very cool because the rooms are just small caves (and we were there in the height of summer). You MUST get up at sunrise for photos within the hotel complex. We got better photos right outside our door than we did on an actual hot air balloon.

I stayed in a suite. It was a real cave in the Cappadocian stone. What an experience! The communal areas, including terraces and the little pool, are well kept, with a lot of greenery, and it was a pleasure to stay there and just chill. It also makes a wonderful location for your pictures at the sunrise when the flying balloons lift. The staff was very kind and helpful, they arranged for me the transfer, the activities, and the flying balloon tour. Little tip: I think it’s a bit less expensive to book the flying balloon on site than online in advance ;)

We stayed in the junior suite cave room (3d 2n). Overall experience was great. The staff were warm, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was varied and had a great selection, but it was the same selection as the previous day’s. We couldn’t enjoy the pool because of the season, but it looked very inviting. The room itself, I think, needs ventilation. Some things in the bathroom, were falling apart (shower handle), and I wish the bathroom door fully closes for complete privacy. I wish the towels are fluffier and the just more personal hygiene amenities. Roc of Cappadocia is really conveniently located to everything in the town. It was easy to find and walking distance to everything. It offers a great viewing experience of the hot air balloons and the sunset/sunrise viewing spots are like a 10minute walk (uphill). I think it was definitely a great value for money experience.

It’s a bit hidden, very calm place, the room was very big and the bath really huge. The bed was perfect too, slept like a baby 😊 Lots of green plants all over the place, means fresh places everywhere. The pool was perfect, clean and fresh with a great view on the rocs. And the people very soooo kind with us. Definitely a high recommandation.
