“Well kept and clean”

“An outstanding place and excellent host. The prairie setting is absolutely sublime, and the house was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed, including fresh cookies! We wish we would have stayed longer. Kevin was very responsive to our messages and even gave us a tour of his incredible prairie and grounds. You won’t find another place like this: it’s a complete original. Looking for an excuse to come back again for a longer stay.”

“A beautiful home. Made us feel like we were at home. Great contact with owner. Whenever I contacted thru VRBO, we received immediate response. Nothing wrong with home. It had to do with our traveling. I would recommend this place to anyone. ”

“Chad was very accommodating, and communication was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I never actually made it to his cute bungalow because I made an error when booking in Springfield, IL, and I should have booked in Springfield, OH. Chad was thoughtful in understanding my circumstances and was reasonable in helping me out with a costly mistake. I really appreciate his kindness. I feel certain he is a gracious host and that his place is as described! Chad, thank you again!”
