“When i got into the room the covers had already had burn holes on them. The whirlpool jets did not work at all. They never brought me no clean towels I had to go get them. The faucet in the bathroom was off but they still had water dripping so whatever you put close to it was soak in wet”

“Didn’t put bags down and did not stay. Left without requesting refund -that bad. Staff left property so left a note saying we were not staying. Room lighting was so dark it felt like an alleyway. Smelly, broken AC, insects flying around, no signal on tv. And that was enough to leave. Added note: it’s been years since staying here so the expectation was that it was decent coming in from out of town and seeing it listed on hotels.com. I lost my cash reward but it was worth not waking up with……

“Rooms was horrible...carpet was nasty..we had to change r own sheets cause they had hair on them..bathroom shower didn't work..if it wasn't for the crawfish festival we would have tried to stay somewhere else..but I will say..the lady working the desk was so supper Nice and tried her best to help us..They even had to rent a SUV to shuttle the customers back and forth to the crawfish festival...and with all that the hotel had going on with the horrible rooms those ladies made it all worth wild……
