The Neighborhood: Roami at The Mandeville is situated in the heart of Marigny, a neighborhood renowned for its colorful homes, bohemian atmosphere, and proximity to the French Quarter. Just steps away from the property, guests can indulge in local culinary delights, explore artisanal shops, or enjoy live jazz music drifting from nearby bars and lounges. The Marigny is also home to the famous Frenchmen Street, where the sounds of New Orleans jazz, blues, and funk come to life each night. Additionally, the area is rich in cultural festivals, art markets, and historic sites, offering endless opportunities for cultural immersion.
Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver.
