Checked out after 1 night. Rooms filthy. Dust everywhere. Paper in toilet. Crumbs all over floor. Heaters can’t be adjusted in rooms. Toilet door was literally falling off its hinges and wouldn’t close. Toilet seat broken. Power switches cracked and damaged.
“Bond” taken by phone reception after hours - left standing in freezing cold waiting for phone to be answered.
Offered other rooms the next morning (621 & 622). Both were dusty, smelled mouldy and 622 also stunk of urine.
Receptionist was amazing and bent over backwards to help. Management team also responsive, but I cannot recommend.

Place was super clean, plenty of space, beautiful views. Liked that they had heated blankets on the beds and extra towels.
The only thing is that their parking spots are a bit small, but other than that is close to Eastlands and other eating places.

This was an older but very well restored hotel with extremely tall ceilings and somewhat dated fixtures. We all thought it was great value for the money and the staff were very helpful for us.
