Had a nice enough stay over the weekend. Room was very small but did the job. The room seemed clean but there were partially used toiletries still in the shower from the last visitor. Didn't have the chance to try the food but the dining area looked lovely and cosy. The noise from downstairs didn't carry up which was a plus. I'd probably stay here again.

My bedroom was clean and comfortable, with an incredibly comfortable bed. However, the bathroom was poorly maintained and in need of renovation. The black grouting and stained bathtub made it an unpleasant space.

Staff are excellent and very friendly. Stayed in the Bond room, was ok but a bit tacky. Bathroom ok but not at the rating of 5 star. Food was quite expensive for what it was. Parking is difficult and fills very quickly Due to layout and way people park.

The staff were very good and attentive.A really good thing would be if the attentiveness could be carried onto keeping the bar surface and tables wiped clean more often and the dining room floor needs brushing up and cleaning on a more regular basis.I put this sort of downfall into managers needing to be more vigilant and to up their game.Overall it was a good stay lovely clean well appointed room but that cleanliness does not transfer to the bar and dining room areas.
