Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place. Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great. Security deposit usually scares me from booking with places as i have been scammed before but rest assured there is no scamming here, with the host very kind when spoke on the phone.

Room was clean but some windows would not close due to wooden frames rotting. Breakfast was freshly made and decent. Bar /restaurant did not open during staymaybe due to lack of customers.Shiva the manager /sole employee apart from cleaner was excellent could not have been more attentive,he was the breakfast cook aswell.Probably would not stay again and doubt hotel will survive too long without major investment
