“I was instructed to go to the wrong building, I was moved to a different room without being notified, there is no staff on hand whatsoever to assist with issues (everything is done by telephone only), and the telephone staff were of zero help in getting the TV in my room to work. I will never stay at this place again if I am visiting Clarenville.”
