“Very disappointing stay We paid for a King Suite with a jacuzzi and were extremely disappointed. The room had two AC units, but only one worked, leaving the room very warm. Love bugs were also coming in through the jacuzzi room AC unit. I killed around 30 in about 45 minutes. The water took forever to get hot, and many things in the room were clearly overdue for replacement. The room phone didn’t work, so I had to walk to the front desk to report everything.
